They say that as we grow older, we laugh less. When we are at school we laugh a lot and have fun but as we get older this does not happen as often on a daily basis and we go into our 'serious' and hard working lives.
But laughter does have many health benefits including:
- Relaxing the body
- Boosting the immune system
- Release of endorphins
- Lowers the blood pressure to normal
